Can I get a refund or exchange?

All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. Be sure to look through all the image examples before purchasing a preset. Feel free to email me before you purchase if you want anything clarified!

WHAT PROGRAMS CAN I USE THE PRESETS WITH?

When you purchase a preset, you receive two versions, one for Lightroom and one for Adobe Camera Raw.

WHAT TYPE OF FILES WILL THE PRESETS WORK ON?

You can download it one time from the link. The link expires 24hr after you click on it once, so be sure to save it and back it up!

WILL I NEED TO TWEAK THE PRESETS?
A.
We all shoot very differently, expose very differently, and prefer different types of light. So you may have to tweak some, for different light scenarios. Don’t expect a one-click edit for everything, with these or any presets. If you purchase the Editing Class + Wedding Preset Pack, you’ll receive a very thorough explanation of how I use the presets and what I tweak sometimes.

WHICH PRESETS DO YOU USE?

For my Wedding Work I use all the presets in the Katch Wedding Pack. For my Editorial Work I also use the Original Katch Preset Pack.

CAN I PURCHASE THE WEDDING PRESET PACK WITHOUT THE CLASS?
A.
No, you can't purchase the wedding preset pack alone. The reason I sell the class together with the preset pack is because the presets without the class wouldn't be a complete package. I believe that buying presets without really knowing how they're meant to be used is like giving unedited RAWs to your client, it's just not the finished final product as it's meant to be seen. I think that learning how the presets were built to be used is the only way to use presets correctly!

HOW DO THE CLASSES WORK?

The class are all online classes (except of course for the one on one mentor session). You can take the classes as slow or fast as you want. They may include written content, images, and video. Each class is different, so be sure to read the full description before purchasing!

CAN I ACCESS THE CLASS AT ANYTIME?
A.
Yup! After you purchase, you’ll receive an email with all the info you need, and then you can access the class anytime. You’ll have a link and a password to the online class.

CAN I SHARE THE CLASS WITH A FRIEND?
A.
It is ilegal to share or distribute my copyrighted work. But really, understand that I worked very hard on all of this content and it's simply not kind to give it away for free. I'm an artist and I also need to pay my own bills. Thank you!
